Join haart Estate Agents as a Sales Adviser and drive business growth in the property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed business and monthly sales targets
  • Represent haart within the local community
  • Use the Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation and ROSIE software for lead management
  • Participate in morning meetings, planning canvassing and door‑knocking strategy
  • Generate referral business through outstanding customer engagement
  • Engage in local canvassing, telephone prospecting, leaflet distribution and social media
  • Handle inbound calls and close valuation opportunities
  • Maintain portal opportunities on Rightmove Opportunity Manager, On the Market Valuation Manager, etc.
  • Collaborate with line manager for coaching and business development

Eligibility Criteria

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Own a vehicle in good condition and provide proof of business insurance
  • Basic IT proficiency, keen eye for detail
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Rewards & Benefits

  • ÂŁ25,000 basic salary and ÂŁ42,000 target earnings per year
