The Role
In this fully employed position, partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model while enjoying the support of a full employer. Partners provide an end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
As a full‑time employee, partners receive extensive support including learning and development, local property centre assistance, market‑leading technology, and marketing help to raise local brand awareness.
