Unlike some hybrid or self-employed roles, support for your success is considerable: local branch hub teams, central lead management and concierge telephony support.

The Role:
In this fully employed position, partners have the flexibility of a self-employed model under full responsibility to become the best estate agent in their local area. You provide an end-to-end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support:
This is not a self-employed position, so we provide endless support to grow a successful business – learning and development team, a local property centre, best technology and industry-leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.
