Location: Chadwell Heath (Must live in or around the specific Geographic location).
Accountable to: Area Partner.
What Is On Offer To You:
- £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings.

The Role:
In this FULLY EMPLOYED position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale.
Support:
This is not a self-employed position, meaning we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development, support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.
Benefits:
This is a home-based role with the security and benefits of an employed status allowing Partners to manage their own diary, offering customers support at the time that suits them. Competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, profit share, company car/car allowance, pension and some of the best training and coaching in the industry.
