- Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

- Focusing on generating new and repeat business.
- Canvassing the local area.
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.

- Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft Office).
