We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Guildford office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. If you have proven experience in property management and are based in or around Guildford, we’d be keen to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills

Benefits and Salary

  • Basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Additional £5,400 earnings expected through uncapped commission
  • Minimum on-target earnings range of £29,000 to £36,000 per year, dependent on basic salary offered
  • Company car
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30–18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00–17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu)

Driving Requirements

  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
