Day in the Life at Spicerhaart Corporate Sales
- Morning Kick‑Off: Review your property caseload and prioritise tasks in line with client service level agreements.
- Client Conversations: Liaise with corporate clients, ensuring fairness and transparency in every interaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with external parties—solicitors, contractors, surveyors, and estate agents—to gather the information and documentation needed to move properties forward.
- Problem‑Solving: Analyse third‑party reports, recommend solutions backed by evidence, and communicate them clearly and professionally.
- Fast‑Paced Communication: Respond promptly to emails, calls, and updates, ensuring clarity and accuracy every time.
- System Updates: Keep our systems updated in real time, maintaining accurate records, proper document storage, and audit trails to the highest standard.
By the time you wrap up, you’ve helped progress multiple properties, strengthened client relationships, and contributed to the success of the team.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Clear, confident communication (written & verbal)

- Starting salary of ÂŁ24,570 per annum plus monthly and annual bonus scheme (OTE ÂŁ26,500) with salary increases in line with the Real Living Wage.
