Accountable to: Area Partner.
The Role
In this fully employed position, Partners are given the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale. This role is designed to be tailored by you, with your results reflected by your marketing flair, sales skills and customer service.
Support for success is significant, including local branch hub teams to assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support.
What is on offer
- £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
- £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
