Partnership provides flexible working to allow you to provide your customers with a personal Estate Agency service and optimise your own work/life balance.

Job Details

In this fully employed position, we give our Partners the flexibility of a self‑employed model combined with comprehensive support. Partners are responsible for becoming the best estate agent in their local area, providing an end‑to‑end service from valuation to completion of sale.

Support

You will receive support from our learning and development team, local property centre, cutting‑edge technology and industry‑leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.

Candidate Profile

The best Partners have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business through local relationships, business generation, personal brand marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate).
  • Proof of address and National Insurance number.
