We’re hiring part-time Concierge Team Members to join our energetic and customer-focused team at our Colchester Head Office. If you\’re passionate about property, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love connecting with people, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, web chats, and emails
- Registering client details and coordinating property viewings
- Scheduling property valuations
- Working closely with your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance goals

Working Hours
- One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday): 9am–3pm
- Weekday daytime: 9.30am–2.30pm
- Evening shifts: 6pm–9pm
- Final working hours will be confirmed at the end of the recruitment process, depending on availability.
