Role Overview

The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. We provide a partnership model that offers flexible working, allowing you to serve customers with a personal estate agency service while optimising your own work/life balance. You will build your own customer base in a local area you are passionate about, using your marketing flair, sales skills and customer service to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
  • Generate new business and grow your client base through local relationships and marketing.
  • Manage your appointment diary and deliver customer support at times that suit them.
  • Coordinate with our local property centre, technology team and industry-leading marketing to raise your brand awareness.
