We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Nottingham. The role requires extensive, hands‑on experience in private residential property management and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, maximising asset value, and building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Book and conduct property inspections
- Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
- Co‑ordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
- Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
- Handle eviction requests and ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage complaints and complete all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- Valid full UK driving licence for a manual car
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
