Role Overview:
In this fully employed position, Partners are given the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support and Resources:
This is not a self-employed position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development support, local property centre assistance, industry-leading technology and marketing tools to raise brand awareness locally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
- Evidence of right to work in the UK required (passport or birth certificate).
- Proof of address and National Insurance number will also be required.
