Overview
Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Dulwich or Maidstone
To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

Your Skills – What you need to be good at
- Engaging with people from all walks of life. Able to establish needs and wants and communicate effectively via email, phone, face to face and video for social channels
- Strong multitasking to manage numerous responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on opportunities while sustaining high service levels
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify referral opportunities
- Taking accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
- Strong presence in front of a camera to engage with your audience and maximise reach
Your Responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business; maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive in a challenging environment
- Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client
- Generate your own leads and business
- Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient client process
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end
Working Hours
- This role is full-time and office based
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
- Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
The Finer Details
It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification. Experience of Mortgage And Protection Advising is essential.
We are conducting interviews using video software. To proceed, you will need:
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Evidence of right to work in the form of Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Subject to passing probationary period
