We are seeking a driven and professional Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our successful team at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of work experience (customer-facing or sales-based preferred) who is looking to build a long-term career in property sales. Full industry training will be provided. You will work alongside experienced negotiators and managers, learning the full sales process while contributing to the branch’s performance. While previous estate agency experience is beneficial, it is not essential. Candidates must, however, have at least two years of professional work experience and a strong interest in developing a career within property sales. Ambitious, motivated, and ready to earn? Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential home owners
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
What you will receive
- £30000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and onboarding
Your journey as a Trainee Sales Negotiator will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, a purpose-built training location. Industry-leading training will be delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, with day-to-day learning led by our industry experts. A fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester will be provided, along with breakfast, lunch and an evening meal during your stay.

- Must have access to a vehicle that is less than 10 years old
- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.
