We’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Milton Keynes office. You’ll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Milton Keynes, we’d welcome your application.
Benefits
- Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Additional £8,125 earnings expected through uncapped commission
- Minimum on‑target earnings of £28,125+ per year

- Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00‑17:00 (one Saturday in every four, with a day‑in‑lieu)

What you’ll be doing
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Skills & Abilities
- Minimum 1+ years’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
Driving Requirements
- You must hold a valid full UK driving licence
- Licence must be for a manual vehicle – we cannot consider automatic licences at this time
