The Role
In this fully employed position, our partners have the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self‑employed position, so we provide endless support to grow a successful business, including learning and development, local property centre assistance, industry-leading marketing and technology.

The best partners have an entrepreneurial spirit, desire to be the best estate agent in their area, grow their business through local relationships, obsess over business generation, market their personal brand and offer customers an experience they rave about.
Benefits
This is a home‑based role with the security and benefits of an employed status. Partners can manage their own diary while supporting customers at their convenience.
