Are you passionate about property and driven by success? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Adviser to join our high-performing Maidstone team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and love building great relationships with clients, this is your opportunity to shine. With full support from our industry-leading Training Academy, you will gain all the knowledge, confidence, and tools you need to excel and develop a rewarding career in lettings.

What you will receive:

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • £37,000 on target earnings

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

Your journey – training:

  • One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester (fully-paid hotel stay depending on travel)
  • Second week at the L&D Centre within your first five-to-six weeks of employment

Your impact as a Lettings Adviser:

  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly business targets are met
  • Fulfill all call-out campaigns targeting properties for let
  • Attend the Morning Meeting prepared with updates on the week’s pipeline
  • Lead as the Canvassing Champion, implementing a structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategy
  • Proactively engage in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager to identify coaching and business development opportunities
  • Manage and respond to intranet leads daily
  • Generate referral business through first-class customer engagement
  • Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities (social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting, leaflet distribution) and build your personal brand through frequent social media and video usage
  • Take inbound calls ensuring applicant registration and identification of opportunities
  • Seek named 5* Google review opportunities to build brand and personal reputation

To be eligible to apply for this role, you will need:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle, which must be in good condition
  • Proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)

Please note: If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
