Senior Branch Manager - Maidstone Kent

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Branch Manager to lead our dynamic team in Maidstone. This role requires strong leadership to motivate a team of negotiators and listers, creating a high‑performance culture that delivers results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team
  • Coach the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one‑to‑one meetings
  • Encourage the team’s development and progression
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Ensure the business is risk‑averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Essential Skills

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within estate agency as a senior negotiator, property valuer, or higher
  • Works well with others to create team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Demonstrates effective communication and builds trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues
  • Ability to create and act on business plans relevant to your branch
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
  • Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail
