This role is ideal for someone looking to enter the property industry, with no prior experience required. What You’ll Receive

  • ÂŁ28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday

Training Program

  • Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, purpose‑built training location
  • Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
  • Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully paid hotel stay for the duration of your training in Colchester (incl. breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal)

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
