We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Dulwich. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of your pipeline, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and play an active role in driving market share in the local area. Day in the life

  • Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • A focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
