At haart Estate Agents South Woodford, we are seeking a driven, ambitious, and experienced Lettings Negotiator to become a key part of our team. In this role, you will work alongside the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire and support the team, and deliver outstanding results. From expanding the lettings portfolio to nurturing lasting relationships with clients, your contributions will play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of our branch in one of East London’s most dynamic and thriving areas.

A day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in South Woodford:

  • Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing skills
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Assisting the team to successfully achieve KPIs
  • Providing support to your colleagues in the manager’s absence
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
  • Ensuring your colleagues and the business remain risk‑averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies
