  • Arrange property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Use marketing skills to promote properties to tenants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assist the team to achieve KPI’s
  • Provide support to colleagues in your manager’s absence
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
