Role Description: In this fully employed position, our Partners are given the flexibility of a selfâemployed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an endâtoâend service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support: This is not a selfâemployed position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development, a local property centre, very good technology and industryâleading marketing to help raise brand awareness locally.
Benefits: This is a homeâbased role with the security and benefits of an employed status allowing Partners to manage their own diary and offer customers support at the time that suits them. Competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, profit share, company car/car allowance, pension and some of the best training and coaching in the industry.
