Are you passionate about property and driven by success? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Business Development Executive to join our Maidstone team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and love building great relationships with clients, this is your opportunity to shine. With full support from our industry-leading Training Academy, you will gain the knowledge, confidence, and tools you need to excel and develop a rewarding career in lettings.

Salary and benefits

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • £37,000 On target earnings
  • Additional commission scheme
  • Access to company-wide incentive programmes
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm four weekdays per week, and 9:00am to 5:00pm every Saturday
  • 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays*)
  • Enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning
