As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator you will receive:
- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
- Full-time working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm four weekdays per week, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose‑built training location
- Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
- Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

- Market properties to potential tenants
