As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, no two days will be the same.
You’ll be speaking with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, following up with applicants, registering new applicants, matching customers to properties, negotiating offers and helping to progress deals through to completion.
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your business development skills through proactive calling, database management and generating new opportunities within your local market.

- Uncapped commission
- A guaranteed commission for your first two months, whilst you build your pipeline
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Stratford
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings

- Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
