Are you seeking your next management opportunity? Have you previously worked in Hospitality Management, Sales Management, Estate Agency, Residential Lettings or Contact Centre? Then we might just have the role for you!

Location: Spicerhaart, Colwyn House, Sheepen Place, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3LD (please only apply if you live within a 20 mile radius of this location)

Salary: A basic salary between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (based on sales management experience)

Working hours: Rota pattern covering early and late shifts Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu the following week. You must have the ability to work 40 hours per week as standard.

Our expansive residential sales and lettings network includes haart, Chewton Rose, Felicity J Lord, Haybrook, Howards, butters john bee, and Darlows. We also provide conveyancing, legal services, and financial services through our Just Mortgages division.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to lead a team of up to 15 Move Managers and Administrators at our Colchester Head Office. This role involves driving sales to completion and partner administration services, managing team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Achieve team KPI targets by ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks for partners
  • Drive the sales process through sales progression, ensuring business growth and client retention
  • Enhance team performance through targeted training and development
  • Represent and promote Spicerhaart’s brand values and core beliefs
  • Operate within company standards, policies, and systems
  • Build and maintain relationships with our partners and regional managers
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings
  • Deliver new starter inductions and act as a role model for the team
