- Complete on-target earnings of £60,000-£75,000
- £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

Role Impact and Responsibilities
- Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including one-to-one meetings)
- Encouraging team development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Ensuring the business is compliant with regulatory standards and risk management
Essential Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
- Strong communication and ability to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
