We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Estate Agency Partner to lead and grow our presence in Corby. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated property professional to run their own local estate agency business with the support, brand, systems, and marketing of an established organisation. The Role:
In this fully employed position our partners are given the flexibility of a selfâemployed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an endâtoâend service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support:
This is not a selfâemployed position, which means we can provide our partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include learning and development team support, a local property centre, the very best technology and industryâleading marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.
