- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., four weekdays per week, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

- Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
