- £27200 to £34700 OTE, obtained through a base salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year (dependent on experience) and £7200 (approx.) additional earnings through our uncapped commission scheme
- Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 weekdays, 09:00‑17:00 one in every four Saturdays (with a day‑in‑lieu)

Responsibilities
- Booking property inspections
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Proficient IT skills
- Required Documents and Eligibility
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
