  • £27200 to £34700 OTE, obtained through a base salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year (dependent on experience) and £7200 (approx.) additional earnings through our uncapped commission scheme

Responsibilities

  • Booking property inspections
  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Processing deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of previous experience in a Property Manager role
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Required Documents and Eligibility
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Evidence of right to work (Passport or Birth Certificate)
  • Proof of address
