Compensation & Benefits
- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Guaranteed commission for the first two months while you build your pipeline
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

Training & Development
Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.

- Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings

- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
