Our expert‑led training programme will equip you with everything you need — from property knowledge to negotiation techniques — giving you the confidence and skills to thrive in an exciting and rewarding industry.
Compensation & Working Hours- £32,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
- Enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Continued training as you grow and develop within your role
- Option to pursue fully funded property industry training leading to a nationally recognised qualification (where available)
