Location of the Job: Herefordshire.
Salary and Benefits Package:
- £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary, depending upon experience.
- 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.

- Service, repairs and maintain heavy equipment, all new/used trailer prep, mechanical servicing and minor fabrication of trailers.
- Meet and exceed monthly retail targets and set KPIs.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company products and services.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business.
- Manage and maintain inventory stock levels within the dealership.
- Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings for personal development.
- Work in collaboration with other team members to manage leads and ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Confident with producing videos for customers explaining repairs required.

- Workshop experience working on similar equipment.
- Prior experience repairing trailers or vehicles would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed efficiency in the workshop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Progression in job role as the business and workshops develops.
- Willingness to learn.
