Location of the Job: Herefordshire.

Salary and Benefits Package:

• £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary, depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

• Service, repairs and maintain heavy equipment, all new/used trailer prep, mechanical servicing and minor fabrication of trailers.
• Meet and exceed monthly retail targets and set KPIs.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the company products and services.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business.
• Manage and maintain inventory stock levels within the dealership.
• Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings for personal development.
• Work in collaboration with other team members to manage leads and ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Confident with producing videos for customers explaining repairs required.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

• Workshop experience working on similar equipment.
• Prior experience repairing trailers or vehicles would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed efficiency in the workshop.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Progression in job role as the business and workshops develops.
• Willingness to learn.
• Valid driver\’s license.
