The Job Role Details:
We are seeking a Seasonal Vineyard Operator to join this specialist Vineyard Contracting business for the 2025 growing season, typically running from April to November.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Vineyard Operations: Operating vineyard tractors and a range of mechanical attachments for tasks like mowing, spraying, pruning, and cultivation.
- Teamwork: Collaborating closely with a skilled team to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Following Instructions: Undertaking work as directed by the team leader and adhering to operational guidelines.
- Flexible Hours: Availability for weekend work and flexibility to adjust working hours based on vineyard needs and weather conditions.
- Hands-On Work: Maintaining a proactive and engaged attitude while performing vineyard tasks.
- Communication: Providing clear feedback on completed tasks and reporting any issues or observations to the team leader.
