About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced commercial solicitor or a solicitor seeking their next step in their career. You will work with diverse clients, including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare providers, and agricultural businesses.

Typical matters include:

• Succession planning
• Asset and business sales
• Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• Re‑organisations
• Partnerships and shareholder agreements

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years PQE in commercial and corporate law
• Keen to develop a broad transactional skill set
• Professional and commercially minded
• Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
