Job Role Details
We are looking for an experienced 360 Senior recruitment consultant to specialise in our niche sectors and truly become an expert in your field!
Key Recruitment Skills Required
- 360 Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Over 3 solid years' experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
- Professional and consultative approach in developing new clients and managing existing clients.
- Confident Business Development Experience.
- Resilience and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Impeccable time management skills.
- Excellent rapport building skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload by own initiative.
- Results oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Broadbean, Total Jobs and CV Library is a plus.
- Process driven and well organised.
- Team player with ability to collaborate via phone, video, face-to-face and events.
- Represent Agricultural and Farming Jobs at industry shows and events.

- Basic Salary £30k - £35k (DOE – discussed at interview).
