Role Overview: Responsible for the servicing and response maintenance of NIHE and Private properties, in various areas including Derry, Limavady, Causeway and Coleraine areas.
Reports to: Foreman
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5pm. On Call Rota Flexibility is required.

Roles & Responsibilities: Job roles will include but are not limited to:
- Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs
- Annual Gas/Oil Services in NIHE properties and Private properties
- Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers
- Safety checks and services on Oil appliances
The role is not limited to this job description and the post holder will be required to carry out other duties at the request of Management. Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required.
Personnel Specification:
Essential Criteria:
- Either be Gas Safe registered or be OFTEC qualified
- Experience in servicing domestic heating systems
- Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
- Full Driving License
- Available to carry out call outs (on a rotational basis)
Desirable Criteria:
- Time served or Qualified Plumber
- Valid CSR Card

- Ability to build and maintain relationships
