The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are recruiting for a Plumber to work on our NIHE Heating Installation contract. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure the successful installation of a new heating system to a property, including oil to gas conversions and boiler replacements.
Reports to: Foreman
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm. Flexibility is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Installing both oil and gas heating systems into domestic properties
- General duties related to housing maintenance and installations
- Ability to fault find and problem solve
- Work within Safe Working Practices adhering to our Health, Safety and Environmental policies and guidelines at all times
- Work as part of an efficient and professional team
Personnel Specification:
Essential Criteria:
- Either NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or be a time served Plumber
- Have recent domestic experience
- Have a Full Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria:
- OFTEC or Gas Safe qualification
- A valid CSR card
- Previous social housing experience
