Role Overview
Responsible for the servicing and response maintenance of NIHE and Private properties, within the Causeway & Coleraine area.

Foreman
Working Hours
Monday-Friday
7.30am-5pm
On Call Rota
Flexibility is required.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs
- Annual Gas/Oil Services in NIHE properties and Private properties
- Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers
- Safety checks and services on Oil appliances
- Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required
- Carry out other duties at the request of Management
Personnel Specification
Essential Criteria
- Either Gas Safe registered or OFTEC qualified
- Experience in servicing domestic gas systems
- Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
- Full Driving License
- Available to carry out call outs (on a rotational basis)
Desirable Criteria
- Time served or Qualified Plumber
- Valid CSR Card
