Electrician Role to include Mid Ulster and Belfast Area. Ref: ELE/B/01/25 Role Overview: We are recruiting for an Electrician to work on our NIHE Heating Maintenance contract. The successful candidate will provide electrical support to the Heating Installation teams and carry out response maintenance as required, this will primarily be based in the Belfast area. Reports to:Electrical Foreman Working Hours: Monday Friday 7.30AM 5 PM Flexibility is required Additional Benefits: Pension Life Assurance (terms apply) Health Cash Plan Membership On-Boarding Bonus Roles & Responsibilities: Job roles will include but are not limited to: Domestic electrical maintenance Periodic Inspection & Testing of domestic dwellings Heating Installation Works Rewires Smoke alarm installs Fuse board upgrades Personnel Specification: Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations City & Guilds 2391 18th Edition Qualification Previous domestic experience Valid Drivers license Desirable Criteria: Valid CSR card Previous recent experience working in social housing/NIHE properties. Inspection & Testing qualification & experience. Personal Characteristics: Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction Excellent Communication Skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work within specified timeframes Ability to use own initiative Ability to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail Flexibility with working hours and ability to carry out on call.
