- Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing safe systems of work for all employees, including the preparation of H&S risk assessments and also in the investigation of incidents, dangerous occurrences, near misses and other incidents as directed
- Review, analyse, and interpret performance data/trends and produce statistics and reports in relation to safety, quality and environmental performance.
- Carry out internal audits of the Safety, Quality and Environmental Management system.
- Carry out proactive safety, quality and environmental inspections on site and monitor and report findings to Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, develop action plans to correct non-conformances in conjunction with supervisors, area managers and Health, Safety & Environmental Manager
- Carry out DSE Assessments and Inductions.
- Carry out toolbox talks and briefings onsite and in office on a regular basis
- Schedule and arrange external training as required for all employees to ensure they remain up to date with all required training.
Maintain their training records and manage all training correspondence to ensure all relevant people are informed.
- Administration of waste information β collate waste stats on monthly basis and inform relevant people of issues that arise from that.
- Administration of the subcontractor management process to ensure all sub-contractor information is current, assist Health, Safety & Environmental Manager in auditing subcontractors and other third party service providers.
- Archive old documentation in line with GDPR
- Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager as required.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management

Essential Criteria
- Currently studying for a H&S related degree
- A high level of IT literacy
- Clean valid driving licence
- Experience working in a similar Environment
