Role Overview:
We are recruiting for an Electrician to work on our NIHE Heating contract. The successful candidate will provide electrical support to the Heating Installation teams and carry out response maintenance as required in various contract areas.
Reports to: Electrical Foreman
Direct Reports: N/A
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8.00am – 5 PM
- Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job roles will include but are not limited to:
- Domestic electrical maintenance
- Periodic Inspection & Testing of domestic dwellings
- Heating Installation Works
- Rewires
- Smoke alarm installs
- Fuse board upgrades
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- Previous domestic experience
- Valid Driver’s license
- Valid CSR card
- Previous recent experience working in social housing/NIHE properties.
- 18th Edition Qualification
- Inspection & Testing qualification & experience.
