The Company:
A leading manufacturer is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the appointment of experienced Maintenance Engineers. Working within a fast-paced CNC machining and manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
- Maintenance of CNC turning and milling machinery.
- Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, drives and automated equipment.
- Supporting improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
- Completing maintenance documentation and reports.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
- Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with CNC machinery.
- PLC fault-finding experience advantageous.
