Site-Based Administrator (12 Month FTC) Location: Ouston, Northumberland Contract Type: 12 Month FTC – Potential to go permanent Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills? My client are seeking a Site-Based Administrator to support operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure the seamless delivery of maintenance services across key contracts. What You'll Be Doing * Administrative Coordination: Assigning maintenance tasks, tracking progress, managing purchase orders, and updating client and internal systems. * Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and providing updates on job progress. * Supporting Operations: Assisting with compliance reporting, invoice preparation, and day-to-day operational tasks. * Problem-Solving: Managing engineer schedules, ensuring SLAs are met, and supporting supply chain processes. * Continuous Improvement: Driving efficiency in processes while maintaining high standards of customer service. What They're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CAFM systems. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Desirable: * Experience using Maximo CAFM system.
