H9 Human Resources are looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our clients team in a dynamic and varied generalist role. This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions, providing key support to managers. A significant focus will be on employee relations (ER), handling approximately 2 to 3 cases per week.

In addition, responsibilities will include:

  • TUPE processes
  • HRIS implementation
  • Restructures and consultations
  • Job description development and evaluations
  • Exit interviews and training
  • People data insights and reporting

The role will be on-site full-time initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid model—typically three days in the office and two days working from home, depending on business needs. The salary for this position is £35,000.
