Building Services Engineer North East | Covering two sites | Circa £45,000, depending on experience H9 Talent Solutions is recruiting a Building Services Engineer to support maintenance across two sites in the North East. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on plumbing and ventilation, alongside wider HVAC maintenance and installation work. An air conditioning qualification and F-Gas certification would be advantageous. The role * Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault-finding. * Maintain and repair plumbing, ventilation and wider building services systems. * Complete installation and remedial works as required. * Support air conditioning maintenance where qualified. * Keep accurate maintenance records and communicate clearly with site teams. * Work safely and help maintain reliable services across both sites. What we’re looking for * A relevant trade qualification and practical building services experience. * Strong plumbing and ventilation maintenance skills. * Confidence diagnosing faults and completing repairs independently. * Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance. * Air conditioning qualifications and F-Gas certification are desirable. * Previous experience within an MOD environment would be advantageous
