Vice President, Renewable Energy H9 Technical Recruitment is partnered with a leading Renewable Energy advisory client to fill this critical role. About the Role: Lead M&A deal execution from start to finish, driving strategic growth in Renewable Energy, Power, and Infrastructure sectors. Collaborate with ECM teams and finance experts to contribute to various projects and deliver results. Originate new deals, expanding the team’s pipeline and opportunities. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and success. Key Responsibilities: Apply industry expertise to drive idea generation and origination of new deals, staying up-to-date on sector trends and developments. Work closely with colleagues to create compelling pitch materials and deliver presentations to clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Conduct thorough research, analyzing market insights and competitor landscapes to inform business decisions. Supervise and guide more junior team members, taking ownership of their work and skills development. Nurture relationships with key industry partners and clients, building trust and advancing business objectives. Skills and Qualifications: Proven analytical and financial modeling skills, with a strong understanding of Corporate Finance concepts and relevant regulations.
