We’re supporting a large and fast-paced organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their established HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident ER professional who enjoys managing complex casework, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and delivering commercially focused HR solutions in a busy environment.

Working as part of a collaborative HR function, you’ll play a key role in providing expert guidance across a wide range of employee relations matters while helping to drive consistency, compliance, and best practice across the business.

The Role
  • Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of complex employee relations matters.
  • Manage a high volume of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and investigations.
  • Support with all matters, mediation, and Employment Tribunal preparation.
  • Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes.
  • Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in handling ER issues.
  • Contribute to policy reviews, process improvements, and wider HR initiatives.
  • Deliver training and support across multiple UK locations where required.
About You
  • Proven experience in a Senior Employee Relations or ER Specialist role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex and high-volume casework independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages.
